Why are Metrodus prices so much lower than other consulting recruitment prep services?

We work with recent grads who have interned at McKinsey, Bain, or BCG in the time between graduation and their start date to provide affordable recruitment prep. By working with coaches who recently recruited successfully themselves, we’re able to provide the latest insider recruiting strategy at a lower cost than our competitors.

Contrary to common belief, experience as a consultant does not translate to experience in recruiting, and in the ever-evolving world of consulting recruitment, we’ve found that recent grads at MBB firms are actually better equipped to provide recruiting coaching than higher level consultants who have an outdated and distant understanding of the recruitment process.

Metrodus prep is not intended to be a replacement to self study for consulting recruitment, but rather a prerequisite to successful individual preparation. We provide students with the tools they need to prepare on their own between coaching sessions, including drills, casebooks, and insider tips and tricks. Why is the diagnostic session free, and what does it include?

The diagnostic session is a 1-on-1, 30-min call with a Metrodus coach who’s an expert in your school’s recruiting opportunities. We’re able to offer this session at no cost to you as a result of our 92% conversion rate from prospective clients to customers. You’ll work with the same coach who will work with you during future prep sessions to diagnose weaknesses, and chart out a prep plan on a timeline that aligns with your recruitment schedule.
